The Board of County Commissioners held a Bid Opening March 31, 2020 for the printing of
County Legal Notices for the year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021. At their
April 7, 2020 meeting, the Board awarded the bid to the Columbia Basin Herald at $5.50 per
column inch.
