Purpose. The purpose of this Amendment is to increase the maximum consideration, and correct funding amounts within the body of the contract and the budget. 2. Special Terms and Conditions, Section 8. Consideration is amended as follows: a. Maximum Contract Amount. The maximum amount of total compensation payable to the Contractor for satisfactory performance of the work under this Contract is the amount stated on page 1 of this contract amendment under "Maximum Contract Amount". b. Funds payable under this Contract are from the following sources: (1) $193,504 is allotted under this Contract from the State of Washington general fund. (2) $12,422 is allotted under this Contract from the State of Washington SFY 23 general fund Domestic Violence Shelter Proviso. (3) $61,131 is allotted under this Contract from the federal Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA) grant. The Assistance Listing Number is 93.671. (4) $278,395 is allotted under this Contract from the federal Victims of Crime Act (VOLA) victim assistance grant. The Assistance Listing Number is 16.575. $85,802 of the VOLA funding is restricted to salaries, benefits, and indirect costs for VOCA and contract eligible staff and activities as approved by DSHS for Compensation and FTE in the application budget. 3.
