FIRST AMENDMENT TO EXHBIT A OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT ENTERED
INTO ON FEBRUARY& 2020 BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND ADAMS COUNTY
REGARDING SERVICES OF A LICENSED PROFFESIONAL ENGINEER.
Section 4 of the above mentioned Interlocal agreement is hereby modified to read:
The term of this agreement shall expire on—L 1.3 2020 unless otherwise extended
by mutual agreement of both parties in writing. To length of agreement, regardless of extensions, shall
not exceed July 31, 2020.
All other provisions of the above Interlocal agreement shall remain in effect.
