Reimbursement Agreement with Grant County Public Hospital District No. 1, dba Samaritan Healthcare through the Coroner's Office for architect development of the plans for a new morgue facility. Term is from the Effective Date and shall continue until the county completes payment of the Costs to Samaritan. 3. Grant County Reimbursement No. 8 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 19-62210-005 for the period February 1, 2020 through February 29, 2020, with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington for $17,801.77. 4. Terms of Acceptance for the Washington State Parks and recreation Commission Recreational Boating safety Federal Assistance Grant through the Sheriff's Office for the amount of $15,994.87. Term is March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. 5. Contract amendment for Department of Social and Human Services (DSHS) contract number 1912-61860 for WorkFirst Onsite Family Violence Services through New Hope for the following: l/ a. Exhibit B, Statement of Work, Section 1, Purpose, is amended to read as follows: i. Provide a qualified Domestic Violence Advocate to provide on-site or telephone Family Violence Services for the DSHS Community Services Office to: 1. Assist DSHS staff in determining appropriate WorkFirst activities for referred clients who experience family violence 2. Provide referred clients community resource referrals and linkages appropriate to the family's needs. 3. Provide empowerment -based advocacy to referred clients who experience family violence. b. Exhibit B, Statement of Work, Section 4, Staffing is amended to read as follows: i. The Contractor shall provide the services of a qualified Domestic Violence Advocate to the Moses Lake Community Service Office for up to 14.88 hours per week and 774 hours per year. ii. The services may be provided in person at a Community Service Office or by telephone. iii. If the Contractor cannot provide in person services they shall notify the Community Service Office and the DSHS Contact. iv. If the Contractor can provide the services by telephone they shall notify the Community Service Office and the DSHS Contact. v. Actual scheduling and manner in which the services will be provided will be negotiated between the Contractor and the Community Service Office. c. Exhibit B, Statement of Work, Section 8, Compensation is amended to read as follows: i. DSHS shall pay $40.00 per hour for the Family Violence Services provided for a Community Service Office. ii. Payment will be limited to actual hours worked by Domestic Violence Advocates and shall be prorated to 30 -minute intervals. 6. Held from the March 24`" consent agenda: Request to contract JDB Enterprises for ice vending at ✓ the Fairgrounds. Request to reject all bids for the building of a Horse Stall Structure at the Fairgrounds as the sole .✓ bid was $15,232.04 over the budgeted amount. The Fairgrounds is requesting to re-evaluate the plan and resubmit for bids at a later time. 8. Request to award the contract for the Repair of the Agriculture buildings envelope at the Fairgrounds to Stan's Construction with a bid total of $89,981.00, as they were the lowest, responsible bidder. The total budget for this project was $100,000 and the savings will be applied towards the new HVAC for the same building. 9. Request to reject all bids for the building of a shaving cage structure at the Fairgrounds as the sole bid was $56,638.10 over the budgeted amount. Central Services is requesting to re-evaluate the plan and resubmit for bids at a later time. 10. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during October 2019, in the amount of ($42.31) on Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. K3919 11. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during January 2020, in the amount of $11,769.11 on Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. K3919 12. Letter from the Port of Royal Slope stating the necessity to repair a small canal boarding the / V1,Public Works facility in Royal City. The port has received a quote from the Quincy Columbia Irrigation District for their portion of the repair costs totaling $53 410.50 and is requesting to spilt to the costs with the county. 13.
