1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Memorandum of Understanding with North Central Accountable Community of Health
(NCACH) through Grant Integrated Services (GrIS) to implement a Suicide Prevention and
Community Coalition Building & Training to improve health outcomes across North Central
Region as an awardee of the Coalitions for Health Improvement community Initiatives funding.
Term is March 23, 2020 through February 28, 2021.
Master License and Services agreement with HomeWAV, LLC through the Sheriff's Office to
provide a unique, custom all -in -one inmate communications solution comprised of patented
technology, video software, hosted services and equipment that has been adapted for use in
secured detention facilities. Term of the agreement is March 231, 2020 to March 23, 2025 and
compensation is based on a fee structure between $0.20 to $0.50 per minute/message and will
have a minimum monthly guarantee of $7,000.00 in revenue sharing with the County.
4. Discussion - CHG Grant funding for COVID-19 event.
