3:01 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance
adding Ch. 6.42 of the Grant County Code titled "Nitrous Oxide" and banning recreational use.
Ryan Rectenwald, Undersheriff, described the reasoning behind the ordinance.
A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Carter to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Taylor moved to approve the ordinance as presented. Commissioner Carter
seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned.
