RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE RESOLUTION No. 20- -CC
APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE OF THE (032-)
NORTH CENTRAL REGIONAL LIBRARY
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Gail Huntley has served as a Grant County representative on the North Central
Regional Library District Board of Trustees since 2010; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Huntley has submitted a letter for her resignation effective April 20, 2020;
and
WHEREAS, Lisa Karstetter, a resident of Grant County, has submitted her interest to
represent Grant County on the Board of Trustees of the North Central Regional Library by
completing the second term of Ms. Huntley; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Commissioners has expressed confidence in the ability and
qualifications of Ms. Karstetter to represent Grant County on the Board of Trustees of the North
Central Regional Library District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners, hereby appoints Lisa Karstetter to complete the term of Gail Huntley to represent
Grant County of the Board of Trustees of the North central Regional Library comprised of Grant,
Chelan, Douglas, Ferry and Okanogan Counties and said term expires December 31, 2023.
