1:50 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance
amending Ch. 11.04 of the Grant County Code titled "Maximum Speed Limits".
Sam Dart, Interim Public Works Director discussed the proposed changes which will reduce the
speed limit on Sagebrush flats Road to 35mph and made S -SE in Warden 35mph.
A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Carter to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Taylor moved to approve the ordinance as presented. Commissioner Carter
seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned.
