WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County Washington has
received a request to amend that portion of the Grant County Code described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration
should be given to amending certain County road speed limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County
Board of Commissioners set a hearing date at 1:50 pm, on Tuesday, April 71h, 2020;
To be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington.
