Per the approved 2020 Capital budget for sheep barn pens I am requesting the awarding of the
purchase to Triton Barn Systems based on price.
All four quotes are from businesses on our vendor roster:
Triton Barn Systems $22,798.82 Includes tax and delivery
Pearson Farm and Fence (2W) $29,140.05 Includes tax and delivery
Pearson Farm and Fence (Noble) $38,548.35 Includes tax and delivery
North 40 $36,364.85 Includes tax and delivery
The budgeted amount was $22,000. The overage would come from the anticipated savings on
the 16 stall temporary buildings.
I recommend awarding the purchase to Triton Barn Systems.
