Please consider this request for the Grant County Prosecutor's Office to purchase a Sharp
MX -5071 copier from Business Interiors & Equipment, Inc. This copier was approved in the
Prosecutor's 2020 Capital Outlay budget. The cost of the copier is $10,707.50, plus sales tax.
The copier will be installed on the felony side of our office and will replace the current Sharp
MX-X5141N copier. We are requesting to surplus the Sharp MX-X5141N copier (Asset Tag
No. 500019) due to the large number of copies on it and the unavailability of repair parts.
Business Interiors & Equipment will remove the current copier.
Business Interiors has coordinated the installation with Technology Services, so that the hard
drive and any other electronic information can be removed. I was informed by Business
Interiors that they intend to install this on March 6, 2020.
