Through the 2020 budgeting process, GOTS had reviewed our requests for the addition of 15 Wad tablets
which would be used to document client services and meet contractual requirements. At that time, GOTS
provided us a quote for $726 each, totaling approximately $10,890. There would be an additional charge for
tax. Most recently GCTS forwarded a link and the pricing was listed at $629 which would total approximately
$9,435.00 and depends upon availability.
Please approve our request to purchase these items with budgeted funds for this purpose. If you have any
