Work requested is for the removal of the excess dirt and silt from the tail water ditches
that are identified on the maps sent to the County. Request is made for one operator
and one piece of equipment (Grade All) supplied by the County. The City of Quincy will
provide two or three dump trucks, all flaggers needed and will call in for locates.
