Re: Recommendation of award for Removal and Installation of 2 Roof Top
AC Units
The Sheriff's Office performed a formal bid process for the installation of the 2
Roof Top AC Units (previously approved Capital items) for the Work Release
Facility.
We received bids from 4 companies regarding the Request for Bid (RFB). They are
as follows:
• Total Energy Management: $24,005
• Basin Refrigeration: $22,737.00
• Dicks Heating: $32,900.00
• Polhamus: $32,310.00
The project was approved in the budget under capital code
126.168.00.9115.594236210 for a total of $24,700.00. 1 am requesting the Boards
approval to move forward with this project using Basin Refrigeration.
