Through the 2020 budgeting process, GCTS had requested GRIS to add Network Hardware as an additional
expense in the amount of $15,000 on the form Additional Expense/Capital Outlay Budget Request.
At this time, GCTS has put forth a specific request to GRIS for replacement switches to upgrade and improve
the infrastructure of the network. I'm including a copy of their supply list and estimated costs. The Moses
Lake Main office ($10,845.57); Grand Coulee office ($632.55); Quincy office ($1,118.06); Royal City office
($402.84); and Mattawa office ($402.84) equipment totals $13,401.86 before tax. The remainder of the
$15,000 budgeted cost is for the DCL office in an additional amount of approximately $1,200.
Please approve our request to purchase these items with budgeted funds for this purpose. If you have any
questions regarding these items, please give me a call, or contact Joe Carter of GOTS.
