Per the approved Fair budget, four vendors were solicited for bids for sound and lights during
Fair for entertainment. The bids are as follows:
Cascade Sound, on vendor roster - $16,726.95
Concert Production Services, on vendor roster $19,602.00
VIP Production Northwest, on vendor roster $37,349.63

I request authorization to purchase the above services from Cascade Sound based on price.
They also come highly recommended by our entertainment manager through Romeo
Entertainment.
