HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 20-021-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE RESOLUTION No. 20- -CC ANNUAL ANNUAL COUNTY INVENTORY OF CAPITALIZED ASSETS. WHEREAS, RCW 36.32.210 states that each board of county commissioners of the several counties of the state of Washington shall file with the auditor of the county a full and complete inventory of all capitalized assets kept in accordance with standards established by the state auditor; and WHEREAS, the members of the Board of Grant County Commissioners hereby certify that they have reviewed said inventory of personal property for the year 2019, and believe the same to be complete, accurate and true to the best of their knowledge and belief, based upon the information submitted and certified by the individual elected officials and county department heads. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the County Commissioners certify the attached Annual County Inventory of Capitalized Assets and files the same with the Auditor. The total dollar amount of Capital Assets is $8,568,102.29. The capital asset information for the Public Works Department is prepared by Lac Ohl, PW Accountant, with the total dollar amount $30,307,719.58. Please note that there are a number of assets that have been identified from various departments that did not either get removed or added to the 2019 inventory because we did not receive their 2019 inventory list on time to make those changes.
