The Safety Committee is writing to formally request the establishment and approval of a Safety
Committee Fund and budget in the amount of $5000.00 annually. The mission of the Grant
County Safety Committee is to develop and promote a healthy and safe environment for all
employees and visitors to our facilities through the involvement of all individuals with regard to
education, communication, and safe work practices. We feel establishing this fund Will allow the
Safety Committee to uphold their mission by providing a budget for things such as training,
equipment, and staff engagement.
