3:30 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an application
for Classification as Open Space Land Farm and Agriculture Conservation program for Current
Use Assessment under Chapter 84.34 RCW from James and Cecily Stott. Property is located at
6685 Rd T -SE, Warden, WA for 4.93 -acres (Parcel No. 191330011).
Amy Perez, Deputy Assessor 3, discussed the project and stated their office recommends
approval.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the reclassification as presented. Commissioner
Taylor seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing
adjourned.
