RE: Team Training Expense Approval
Dear Commissioners,
New Hope is fortunate to have an established relationship with art therapist, Laura Meyer.
She is scheduled to train our staff on Resiliency Practices through art on February 19,
2020, which has been rescheduled twice (originally in October of 2019 and December of
2019). Due to illness of the instructor, we were unable to make this training happen until
now.
We will be paying for her training services with our training funds in various grants. We will
be providing lunch for 20 that day. Since this is in county, I need your approval to pay for
staff's and trainer's lunch with an agency credit card.
Funds to cover all costs are covered undi, , New Hope grants and discretionary funds.
