The Port of Moses Lake is formally requesting a one-year extension of the project completion
requirements for the Strategic Infrastructure Funds project #2019-03 approved on May 13, 2019, in
the amount of $150,000, Grant County Resolution #19 -040 -CC.
The Utility Extension project is going out for bid in March 2020. The project will not be completed
by the May 13, 2020, deadline. The Sewer Extension to Grant County International Airport infield
from Westside Employment Center is part of a larger project which has had some additional
mandatory requirements placed on it by the State of Washington. As the Port has worked to meet
these requirements, it has caused the total project completion date to be moved to the spring of 2021.
