The Deputy Clerk of the Board was authorized to stamp the signatures of approval for vouchers certified
by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified
by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090., as recorded on a listing and made available to the
Board. (Approved in the amount of $75,036.60)
