3. Request from the Board of Equalization to increase the daily stipend paid to its members for
attendance from $75.00/day to $100.00/day.
AUDITOR'S OFFICE — ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
4. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
TREASURER'S OFFICE
5. Request to begin the process to decrease the assessment rate for the Hillcrest Lighting District
from $19.00 per parcel to $16.00 per parcel, in 2020. If approved, a public hearing will be
scheduled.
6. Request to begin the process to increase the assessment rate for the Turnkey Lighting District
from $19.00 per parcel to $24.00 per parcel, in 2020. If approved, a public hearing will be
scheduled.
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
7. Recommendation to award the contract for the Health District- Wheeler Road HVAC/Air
Conditioner replacement project to Basin Refrigeration in the amount of $33,867.68.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
8. Request to transfer Grant County motor pool vehicle #2007 (2008 Ford Explorer) from the
Fairgrounds inventory to Technology Service's inventory.
9. Request to purchase additional 128G RAM (Random Access Memory) from ednetics in the
amount of $5,530.67 for the county's backup server environment.
