Re: Request for emergency capital purchase $11,571.63

I am requesting to move forward with the emergent purchase of Vulcan brand
range, 36" thermostatic griddle. The current range has been inoperable since last
week. This piece of equipment is essential to day to day operations in the Main
Corrections Facility.
This equipment was already approved for a capital purchase, we are just asking for
this purchase to be expedited due to unforeseen circumstances.
Bargreen Ellingson, the wholesaler of this range, is currently on Grant County's
vendor roster.
