After a custodial contract was signed with the successful bidder it was determined that the carpet cleaning
and floor scrubbing equipment was no longer needed by the County. The contracted custodial company
expressed interest in the equipment and a trade for services was agreed upon. $4000 was discounted from
the February 2018 invoice from De1Sol for the equipment.
Please see the attached documents and grant the request to surplus the equipment listed on the attached
spreadsheet.
