Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $7,600 set aside for Pub Tables. CTC Event
Furniture is on our vendor roster (A Belnick Company)
(60) 36" round wood cocktail tables at $89.64 each
(6) Cocktail table carts at $174.99 each
Purchase will be through Invoice with account established
Based on the above pricing and with Belnick on our vendor roster I would like approval to
move forward with the above purchase. The total is $7684.82. The $84.82 woulc come from
the purchase of round and rectangular tables from the capital budget (Bars
001.141.00.9116.594736400.
