Re: Consent to transfer budgeted amount for Fairgrounds general expense
We are requesting a budget transfer in the amount of $15,000 from 116.159.00.0000.347400000 to
116.159.00.9702.347400000. This amount was originally budgeted under 116.159.00.0000.347400000
(Fair and Park Charges for Services) in the 2020 budget, but should have been budgeted under
116.159.00.9702.347400000 (Fair and Park General, Charges for Services). If approved, the $15,000 will
be combined with $3,000 that was previously budgeted and approved under
116.159.00.9702.347400000 for a total budgeted amount of $18,000 for the Fair and Park General,
Charges for Services line item (116.159.00.9702.347400000).
This request is made with the approval of the Chief Accountant.
