Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $5,100 set aside for Rectangular rental tables
and Carts. Three vendors were solicited for pricing. The lowest price for tables of comparable
quality was the goal. Responses are shown below:
Rectangular - CTC Event Furniture (Belnick Company) $96.42 each
Rectangular - Event Stable $107.10 each
Amazon $165.08 each
Business Interiors of Moses Lake opted to not bid citing they would get them from the same
sources we would.
Purchase will be through Invoice with account established.
Based on the above pricing 1 would like authorization to purchase 30 rectangular tables from
CTC Event Furniture. Including Freight and Taxes this would be under the budgeted amount at
$3,396.73 leaving $1703.27 for other purchases. Also, Belnick is on our vendor roster.
