My reasons for selection are the quality of the wall material (9 inch ACXJ as well as the overhangs, 3 foot eave and 1 foot gable. The roof is also metal and will be much more durable then canvas and these are similar to the structures we already have on the grounds. Pearson Farm and Fence is a local business and is on our vendor roster. T y u for your consideration S' cerely, im McKiernan, Director RECEIVED JAN 2 7 2020 GRANT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County Fairgrounds 3953 Airway Dr NE Moses Lake WA 98837-1029 (509) 765-3581 www.-,zcfait--,zi-ound.-,.com grantcountyfairgrounds@grati tcou ri tywa.gov Request for Proposals - (2) 16 -stall structures (Horse) The Grant County Fairgrounds is requesting proposals for the purchase of (2) 16 -stall equestrian structures Requirements: • The structures should be shed -row, 8 stalls each side back to back • Each stall should be 12 feet x 12 feet • All metal should be galvanized • An anchor kit should be included in the price for each structure • Each structure should have all necessary parts for completion Proposals must include a roof for each structure There are two options for the roof: Please clearly indicate the type of roof in the proposal • Canvas — 40 oz or better with ratchet tie downs • 26 gauge white metal roof with ridge cap, gable trim and all self -tapping screws Please note if roof has overhang on eaves and gables Stall panels can vary with selection based on price and performance • Acceptable stall panel materials are: (Please note type on each proposal and thickness) • Puckboard • FRP in white or Tan • 3/4 ACX (Which we would paint) • HDPE • Poly If your company has cooperative purchase/state contract agreements for your products, please include your contract number with your proposal.
