Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $13,000 set aside for Picnic Tables. Four
vendors were solicited for pricing. The lowest price for tables was the goal. Responses are
shown below:
Pilot Rock — RJ Thomas (18 tables) - $13,125.67 delivered incl taxes ($729.20 each)
Kay Products (14 tables) $13,131.62 delivered incl taxes ($937.97 each)
Global Industrial (16 tables) $12894.68 delivered incl taxes ($805.92 each)
Uline (16 tables) $13,078.00 delivered incl taxes ($817.37 each)
Based on the above 1 request permission to purchase the tables from Pilot Rock to maximize
the purchased number of tables. Quality is similar with galvanized frames and recycled tops.
ie extra $125.67 will be taken from the Ardell Sidewall panels from the same budget
um er.�
