Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $3,250 set aside for Rental table carts. Three
vendors were solicited for pricing. There are two styles of carts to purchase, one for rectangular
tables and one for round tables. The lowest price for tables of comparable quality was the goal.
Responses are shown below:
Carts - Rectangular - CTC Event Furniture (Belnick Company) $187.74 each
Carts - Round - CTC Event Furniture (Belnick Company) $139.95 each
Carts - Event Stable (Universal for tables) $285.55 each
Amazon (Universal for tables) $160.00 each
Business Interiors of Moses Lake opted to not bid citing they would get them from the same
sources we would.
Purchase will be through Invoice with account established.
Based on the above pricing I would like authorization to purchase 3 rectangular carts from
CTC Event Furniture and 4 round table carts. Including Freight and Taxes this would be slightly
over the budgeted amount at $3,396.73 but we have money left from the table purchases.
Also, Belnick is on our vendor roster.
