Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $5,600 for resin rental chairs Three vendors
were solicited for pricing. The lowest price for chairs of comparable quality was the goal.
Responses are shown below:
Church Chairs for Less (Belnick Company) — Resin Chair $21.99 each
Bizchair.com — Resin Chairs $21.99 each
Stackchairs4less.com — Resin Chairs $21.99 each
Business Interiors of Moses Lake opted to not bid citing they would get them from the same
sources we would.
The purchase will be through invoice.
Based on the above pricing I would like authorization to purchase.foldfnq-c-t�airs chairs.
Including Freight and Taxes this would be under the budgeted at $5,082.76, $517.24
which 1 request to purchase 10 chair carts at $215.73 each. This purchaso4ir me out of
the $2477.50 left from the purchases of the chairs in three requests. Also, Belnick i on our
vendor roster so 1 am purchasing them through that company.
