Abstain
Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $4,600 for stacking rental chairs Three vendors
were solicited for pricing. The lowest price for chairs of comparable quality was the goal.
Responses are shown below:
Church Chairs for Less (Belnick Company) —Stacking Chair $17.89 each
Bizchair.com — Stacking Chairs $17.99 each
Stackchairs4less.com — Stacking Chairs $17.89 each
Business Interiors of Moses Lake opted to not bid citing they would get them from the same
sources we would.
The purchase will be through invoice.
Based on the above pricing I would like authorization to purchase 200 stacking ba et--_.,,
chairs. Including Freight and Taxes this would be slightly under the budgeted a $4,003.76,
leaving $596:-24 which I plan to use to purchase additional chair carts in another reques .
Also, Belnick is on our vendor roster.
