Per the approved 2020 Capital budget there was $4,000 for folding rental chairs Three vendors
were solicited for pricing. The lowest price for chairs of comparable quality was the goal.
Responses are shown below:
Church Chairs for Less (Belnick Company) — Folding Chair $11.99 each
Bizchair.com — Folding Chairs $11.99 each
Stackchairs4less.com — Folding Chairs $11.99 each
Business Interiors of Moses Lake opted to not bid citing they would get them from the same
sources we would.
The purchase will be through invoice.
Based on the above pricing 1 would like authorization to purchase, folding chairs chairs.
Including Freight and Taxes this would be under the budgeted at $2,635.98, Iedving- 364.02
which I plan to use to purchase additional chair carts in another reque§UA so, Belnick is�n
our vendor roster so 1 am purchasing them through that company.
