Re: Authorization to Purchase Vehicle not on the 2020 Equipment Expense Program through
State Contracts.
Authorization to purchase:
New Hope:
One (1) each 2020 Ford F150 Extended Cab 4WD in the amount of $34,777.97 including sales tax from
Columbia Ford through DES contract #05916.
This vehicle will be delivered and invoiced in 2020 and is not part of the 2020 Equipment Expense
Program.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
