Hi Jerome,
I have reviewed the estimated additional charges under change order No.1 from Yellow Jacket and for the most part it
seems about right. A few differences in my estimates are noted below:
• 1 think the estimated additional per diems for the Sonic Rig (23 days) looks about right.
• The estimated additional per diem days for the air rotary rig (53 days) may be a little under estimated depending
on how things go with drilling the remaining 17 borings with the air rotary rig. I'm thinking it could be an extra
10 days (with monument installation) beyond what Yellow Jacket has estimated.
As far as the core boxes go, we've used 125 boxes with the first sonic rig and I estimate we may use another 120
boxes with the current sonic rig (245 total). So I don't think we will use all 313 boxes delivered to the site. I
assume Yellow Jacket will bill for the boxes used.

the Landfill Drilling:
1tv Provide wooden core boxes per the rate included on the Table 4 Bid Quantity Form — no QTY was
provided only price. Total of now 313 core boxes
,Z Additional transport cost for wooden core boxes requested on 1/16/2020
Additional per diem charges for both air rotary and sonic drill rig crews beyond the QTY included on
the Table 4 Bid Quantity Form.
