By this letter I am requesting permission for Dan Dale to travel to Milton-Freewater
Oregon on Monday, February 3, 2020 for an interview of the victim and victim's
mother in the matter of State v. Craig Russell Jungers, Grant County Cause No.
18-1-00668-13. This interview was ordered by the Court to take place immediately.
The interview will be held at the Milton-Freewater Police Department. Mr. Dale will
travel down and back on said date.
