Central Services performed a formal bid process to select a responsive low bidder for the
renovation of the Residential Treatment Facility under Grant Integrated Services in Moses Lake.
The bid process due to technical matters was originally cancelled and performed a second time.
We received 5 bids for the project. The following amounts do not include sales tax.
Stan's Construction & Son (Moses Lake WA) $156,735.00
POW Contracting (Pasco WA)
$156,767.00
Clarity Construction (Portland OR)
$164,464.00
Halme Builders (Davenport WA)
$185,000.00
Burton Construction (Spokane WA)
$250,039.00
All bids were responsive as per RCW and no irregularities were noted.
Central Services recommends award of a Contract to Stan's Construction & Son. In the total
amount of $169,430.54 (includes sales tax)
It is the understanding of Central Services that the funding for this project is through Grants
obtained by and through Grant Integrated Services and the project will need to be billed
complete by June of 2020.
