Re: Authorization to Purchase John Deere Motor Grader on the 2020 Equipment Expense
Program through Sourcewell contracts.
Authorization to purchase:
Public Works:
1 each used 2019 John Deere 772G motor grader in the amount of $310,518.00 not including sale tax
from PAPE Machinery, Sourcewell Contract #032515-JDC.
The equipment listed above is part of the Public Works 2020 Equipment Expense Program and will be
purchased from a Sourcewell contract vendor as noted above.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
