Re: Authorization to Purchase Equipment on the 2020 Equipment Expense Program through
Sourcewell Contract.
Authorization to purchase:
Public Works:
One (1) each Walk — n — Roll compactor in the amount of $31,718.82 not including sales tax from PAPE
Machinery through Sourcewell contract #032515-JDC.
The equipment will be delivered and invoiced in 2020 as part of the 2020 Equipment Expense Program.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
