Central Services is requesting approval for the attached task order to be provided to Erlandsen
and Associates for the design and engineering of campsites at the County Fairgrounds.
Erlandsen & Associates had earlier this year been placed on a master contract under the A&E
services for fee values of less than $75,000 and is one of the firms from the eligibility roster.
The work will be funded from the fair bond # 309 as approved in the fiscal year 2020 budget.

Project Name: Campground design and engineering
Firm: Erlandsen and Associates
The scope and services covered by this authorization shall be performed in accordance with all the terms
and conditions agreed to within the master agreement signed between the County and the Firm
represented above.
The County hereby requests and authorizes the Contractor to perform the following services:
Please provide design and engineering for the expansion and renovation of the "East Campground" as is
known on the Grant County Fairgrounds.
1. The County would like to expand the campground and maximize the number of RVs allowable
for the space provided
2. Design and engineering required to provide full hookups to same campground with
consideration given for the future expansion of neighboring campgrounds.
3. Consideration should be given for ADA accessibility, parking of various size and types of RVs,
amenities such as fire pits, trees, shrubs, grass etc.
4. Provide drawing, specification and scope documents for the County to publicly bid work as
required.
5. Provide follow on engineering services as required to provide minimal support to contractors (to
be determined prior to bidding of work)
Compensation to be paid in accordance with and subject to the limitations in section 4.A of the Master
Agreement. In addition the total cost of the above described work shall not exceed $75,000.00 without
advanced amendment of this task order.
