This parcel is being sold by private negotiation per RCW 36.35.1501(c) to the adjacent landowner. This parcel was acquired in 1961 as Tax Title but was not titled correctly as Tax Title until recently. The Assessor's valuation is ten dollars for this parcel due to its unknown boundaries for the canal that was referenced but not even close to this plat. I am offering this parcel for the ten dollars plus costs to get this mess fixed for the adjacent property owner.
