Dear Commissioners:
Credible is holding their 131" Annual Partner Conference training March 16`", 2020 through March 19`h, 2020
in Baltimore, MD. Mike, Bill, Sue, Christi and Debra are requesting to attend this training.
Travel dates will be Monday, March 16`", 2020 with a return date of Friday, March 20th, 2020. Mike Lopez has
requested to use annual leave and return on March 21", 2020.
Grant Integrated Services supports Mike, Bill, Sue, Christi, and Debra's attendance at this event. Here are the
reasons Mike, Bill, Sue, Christi and Debra have requested to attend this training:
"This conference will provide three days' worth of informative and educational sessions for all users and
roles. There will also be live help from Credible experts and help partners to aide in maximizing the use of
Credible's software and to improve the usability for our agency. There will also be new software updates
released and industry and market changes that can be taken back to the agency for implementation."
