District Court/Probation:
One (1) each 2020 Ford Explorer in the amount of $35,272.02 including sales tax from Columbia Ford
through DES contract #05916.
Technology Services:
One (1) each 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD in the amount of $40,828.86 including sales tax from
Bud Clary Chevrolet through DES contract #05916.
Public Works:
One (1) each 2020 Ford F-250, 4WD in the amount of $40,035.37 including sales tax from Columbia Ford
through DES contract #05916.
One (1) each 2020 Ford F-150, 4WD in the amount of $35,846.80 including sales tax from Columbia Ford

These vehicles will be delivered and invoiced in 2020 as part of the 2020 Equipment Expense Program.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
