Re: Authorization to Purchase Equipment on the 2020 Equipment Expense Program through
State Contracts

Public Works:
Four (4) each RCF 2.4 Remote Control Flagman with Intrusion Alarms in the amount of $68,383.77 not
including sales tax from Coral Sales through DES contract #04616.
The equipment will be delivered and invoiced in 2020 as part of the 2020 Equipment Expense Program.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
