Held from January & Agenda: Request from Coulee City asking for reconsideration of the contingency placed upon them on November 18, 2019 that required a Letter of Support from the 0 ilk Soap Lake Hospital District for Strategic Infrastructure Program SIP Project #2019-12: Port of Coulee City — Coulee City Medical Clinic for approval of $169,000 grant funding. 3. Held from January 6`4 Agenda: Agreement with Community Counseling and Correctional Services, Inc. and Youth Services for the transport of Juvenile detainees. Term is January 6, 2020 to January 6, 2021. 4. Signature Authorization form for Contract E20-043 with Multi Agency Communications Center (MACC) and Washington State Military Department, fiscal year 2020 SECO County Coordinator Professional Development Council for E911 services. 5. Contract with Southern Bleacher Company Inc. and the Fairgrounds to provide additions to the previously constructed bleachers to prevent garbage from falling below the seated sections (Project CSD 200217G). The project will commence on or about February 17', 2020 and will end upon project completion for the amount of $42,401.42. 6. Reimbursement Request #20-6 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated Homeless Grant, (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of $33,506.70. 7. Amendment 2 to the Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) County Program Agreement, Community Based Domestic Violence Program Emergency Shelter & Supportive Services, DSHS Agreement No. 1963-59401. The amendment is an "administrative error to the verbiage in the Training and Qualifications requirements for staff and supervisors that doesn't apply to the Grant County shelter contract services; thus, those requirements are not applicable for staff and supervisors on the Grant County shelter contract; and several required federal provisions were omitted" 8. Anticipating: Professional Services Agreement with Nicole Prentice and New Hope for Forensic Interviews, Coordination of Holistic Healing Providers at $50/hr. and Individual Therapy for Kids Hope referrals at $81.25/hr. Term of the agreement is January 1 020 to December 31, 2020. y 9. Anticipating: Professional Services Agreement with Laura Meyer, Art barden Pottery, and New Hope for alternative holistic healing services at $81.25/hr. Term of the agreement is January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. 10. Anticipating: Contract with the Columbia Basin Rodeo Association (CBRA) and the Fairgrounds for the construction of a 50x70 open-air pavilion in the southwest corner of the rodeo `� ✓ grounds at the Grant County Fairgrounds. Once construction is completed, the pavilion shall be an addition to the facilities licensed in section I.C.2 of the License for Use of Resources granted to the CBRA. Term of the agreement is from the date of final signature to project completion. N 8+ 13. Amendment 1 to the Washington State Health Care Authority, Interagency Contract, for Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) Prevention Services, through Grant Integrated Services, Contract No. K3919. Term of the contract is July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021 in the amount of $362,295. 14. Cancellation of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the provision of Pathways Community Specialist services between Community Choice, d.b.a. Action Health Partners (HUB) and Grant Integrated Services. Contract #K19-020. 15. Administrative Services Coordinator Request for Change to County Mileage Reimbursement Rate from $0.58 to $0.575 (to match the Office of Financial Management's mileage rate for Washington State government, which became effective January 1, 2020).
