CADCA is holding their 30'" annual national leadership forum in National Harbor, MD February 3rd through
February 6", 2020. Bernadette Crawford is requesting to attend this training.
Travel dates will be Sunday, February 2"d, 2020, and a return date of Friday, February 711, 2020.
Grant Integrated Services supports Bernadette's attendance at this event. Here are the reasons Bernadette
has requested to attend this training:
"CADCA's national forum is a 4 -day conference packed with multiple adult and youth -oriented opportunities
to learn the latest strategies to fight substance misuse and hear from nationally known experts and policy
makers with a dull day dedicated to Capitol Hill events. The forum is held in the Washington, DC area every
year and brings together more than 2,700 participants representing community coalitions, government
leaders, youth, addiction treatment professionals, researchers and many more individuals. This training is
strongly encouraged for all CPWI coalition coordinators. I will be able to bring back many skills and
knowledge that I can use for curriculum and implementation strategies for our community coalition."
