Re: Authorization to Purchase an Articulated Dump Truck on the 2020 Equipment Expense
Program through a Sourcewell Contract
Authorization to purchase:
1 each used 2019 Volvo A35G Articulated Dump Truck in the amount of $475,500.00 not including sales
tax from PacWest Machinery through Sourcewell Contract #032119 -VCE.
The equipment listed above is part of the Public Works 2020 Equipment Expense Program and will be
from a Sourcewell contract vendor as noted above.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of this item.
