Re: Authorization to Purchase Vehicles on the 2020 Equipment Expense Program through
State Contracts.

Sheriff:
Four (4) each 2020 Ford Police Interceptor AWD Pursuit -Rated Utility/SUV in the amount of $165,045.50
including sales tax from Columbia Ford through DES contract #05916.
One (1) each 2020 Ford F250 Pickup, 4WD in the amount of $44,841.83 including sales tax for Columbia
Ford through DES contract #05916.
These vehicles will be delivered and invoiced in 2020 as part of the 2020 Equipment Expense Program.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
