The Grant County Health and Wellness Committee (HWC) would like to make the recommendation
concerning the previously adopted wellness program to be offered to Grant County Employees.
The HWC has had many discussions regarding the current implementation of the Wellness program at Grant
County. Due to administration delays, the HWC would like to change the following items previously approved:
• CURRENT: All activities must be completed by November 15th, 2019 - credit for activities already
achieved in the 2019 year will be applied.
o PROPOSED CHANGE: All activities must be completed by November 15th, 2020.
• CURRENT: Incentive payment to be received in January of 2020
o PROPOSED CHANGE: Incentive payment to be received in first quarter of 2021.
At the December 2011, 2019 meeting, the HWC held a vote on a motion to accept the proposed changes listed
above. There were 13 total members present, 13 votes were in favor of accepting the proposed changes.
